Black Velvet Gentlemen's Lounge was born from a simple conviction: that Shamrock deserved a space where discerning men could gather without compromise. Not a bar that happens to sell cigars, and not a smoke shop with a liquor license — something entirely its own.
Our absinthe is distilled in small batches right here in Shamrock, using botanicals sourced from sustainable farms across three continents. Every bottle carries the latitude and longitude of its origin, stamped directly onto the label. Our cigars are sourced from the same family-run tobacconists who've supplied London's most exclusive members' clubs for generations.
This is not a theme. It is a standard we refuse to lower.

Most absinthe on the market is distilled in France, bottled in bulk, and shipped to your nearest liquor store. Ours is distilled in Shamrock — same building you walk into.
Our twelve varietals span the full spectrum: from the traditional Czech green to our own Black Velvet No. 9, a wild-anise-forward expression aged in French oak for eight months. Each batch is numbered, signed by our distiller, and accompanied by a tasting note card.

Climate-Controlled Lounge
Maintained at 68°F year-round with humidity regulation for optimal comfort and cigar preservation.
Open Seven Days
Tuesday through Sunday, 3 PM to midnight. Closed Mondays for maintenance and batch preparation.
